How to Apply to Flanders Campus

To apply for enrolment at Flanders Campus, applicants must complete the two-step admissions process as outlined below.

Each process requires you to complete and submit a number of documents to finalise each step in the process and ensure final enrolment.

Step 1: Application Process

Applicants can apply and submit all required supporting documents online. When all the required information and relevant documents have been submitted and approved, a link will be emailed to you to complete the enrolment process. No enrolments will be accepted without a completed application process being submitted and approved by Flanders Campus.

This application process will require the following payments:
◉ R800 non-refundable application fee
◉ An additional charge of R75 will be included in all international money transfers
PLEASE NOTE: Proof of payment documents for this application fee must be submitted with your application.

The following supporting documents are required for this application process:
◉ Copy of the student’s birth certificate.
PLEASE NOTE: Foreign students are required to submit a copy of a valid passport.
◉ Student’s most recent school report card.
PLEASE NOTE: Flanders Campus may request a school report for the student’s previous academic year if the most recent report available covers only one or two terms of their current year of study.
◉ Proof of payment for the application fee.
◉ Account statement from previous school.

Step 2: Enrolment Process

All documents listed below must be submitted only after the application process has been completed and all documents submitted and approved by Flanders Campus.Once all the required information and relevant documents for the application, as outlined above, have been submitted and approved by Flanders Campus, applicants can continue with this enrolment process.

The following supporting documents are required for this enrolment process:
◉ Completed online enrolment document.
◉ Copies of parents’ or legal guardians’ ID documents.
PLEASE NOTE: For foreign students, parents or guardians are required to submit a copy of a valid passport.
◉ Proof of payment for the R800 non-refundable application fee, as previously sent with the application.
◉ Proof of income documents: Three months of bank statements or employment salary documents (payslips).
◉ Signed acceptance letter.
◉ Financial clearance documents.
◉ Authorised medical aid/health insurance membership certificate.
◉ Debit order form (available on request)
◉ Completed subject choice document. (Please find the link to download this document below)
PLEASE NOTE: This subject choice document must be submitted before or on the final date of this enrolment process.
